Met Amanda at an open house, and from a market analysis of our home, she has done an excellent job. Marketing and pictures that really sold it. Always kept us informed as the contract progressed. Her experience was very helpful with the buyers agent who was fairly new to the job. We would recommend her to anyone buying or selling.
Amanda Mahurin took excellent care of us. We are currently living in Illinois and relocating to Missouri. Amanda listened to our needs and concerns and helped up find the house that is just right for us. Amanda was able to answer all of our questions and stayed on top of all of the paperwork so that closing went smoothly.
Amanda was a wonderful realtor for us. She was always ready to help us with our home purchase. We had not moved for 30 years so we were a little overwhelmed. We were lucky to have Amanda!
