My experience with Amanda could not have been better. I was faced with the problem of having to clean out and sell my mothers house, and having never sold a house before was overwhelmed. I had no idea of where to start or what to do. Enter Amanda and the rest was easy. She guided me through the whole process step by step. She was so hard working, involved, and always available. She advised me on people to contact for various things that needed doing to get the house in shape to be sold.(always very good advice) Actually, most of the time she would contact them herself as well as follow up on the issues, always keeping me informed of what was going on. One of the companies actually told me what a good advocate I had and how persistent she was in getting things done and that I should really appreciate her( which I didnt need anyone else to tell me). She was a great and very knowledgeablenegotiator. At the end of every day we had lengthy phone calls about where things stood and how we should proceed.
