Alyce Decker held y hand through the entire process. I was clueless and she explained everything to me so I understood all of it, Their title company was exellent as well. Thank you both!
Alyce and Berkshire once again delivered services in Top rated form and fashion and once again…,
aided me to a very positive Real Estate purchase and sale. Thx
Alyce has been the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. 2 years ago she helped my husband and I find a rental in Jacksonville beach while we were living in Atlanta. She set up appointments for us and made it a completely seamless process. She even was there for us on the day we moved in to be sure everything went smoothly with coffee and bagels! Last year she again helped us with finding a home to purchase. She helped us narrow down our wishlist, set up appointments, and find the perfect home. She even helped us with the small details like coordinating utilities etc. Alyce goes above and beyond as a Realtor and we still keep in touch. We would recommend her to anyone!
I would highly recommend Alyce Decker as. Your realtor whether buying or selling your home. She was my listing agent on my home, Her advertising , and staging Plan was very good, Her Attention to detail even better. She always Arrived 15 minutes before every showing , wiping and sanitising doorknobs after,COVID-19 times. Now she is helping us find a home, which is very difficult now due to the shortage of supply in the house market. Everyday she gives us The latest update on New listings . Alice Decker 5 stars.

Alyce was very professional, never pushy, and always nice! She and an associate sold my condo within about 2 weeks, and helped me work out a few bumps with the buyers. I will recommend her with five stars! Thank you, Alyce.
