Alma has demonstrated excellent skills, knowledge, experiences and kindness working with us when we bought our house. She is so professional and enthusiastic about her job. We can't imagine how we are able to buy our lovely house without her help, especially we are in other state during the house hunting. We highly recommend her as she is the best.
I don't know what I would of done without Alma. A was stressed out and needed help to sell and she made it stress free for me. In buying she helped us focus on what we wanted in a house. She listens. We were only shown houses that met out criteria. At each showing Alma would point out good and not so good features and an estimate of the cost of change. That was very helpful.
In selling Alma told us what needed to be changed to make the house more presentable to buyers. And it worked!
Closing in all cases was efficient and there were no surprises. A great experience!
