My experience with Alley was very good and stress free. Unfortunately the home inspector didn't do a very good job. I haven't moved into the house yet because the heat pump is not working on the AC side and he was off on how old the unit was. He had said 15 to 20yrs old. It was actually 31yrs old with a broken fan and support frame. I'm now waiting for a new heat pump to be installed.
Ally is excellent and made herself available to me and was so accommodating! Extremely knowledgeable about the area and was willing to go above and beyond for me. I would 100% recommend Ally and the Century 21 team to help me buy or sell my home!
