Where do we begin? I think we had the best realtor experience possible with Allison Fujimoto. My family contacted Allison in January, mid-pandemic, as we settled on our final decision to sell our home in the beautiful town of Redwood City. Allison wore a mask during her entire visit, and she immediately came up with a to-do list with small suggestions that would allow us to obtain maximum value from our home. We worked through our to-do list as we packed, and we moved out a month later with several items still remaining, from hanging a mailbox and outdoor lights to replacing a vanity, replacing an outlet, and painting walls. On top of that, after our storage containers filled up, we had no choice but to leave a lot of junk in the garage and on the side of the house. We left a treadmill, chairs, a weight bench, and tons of other junk that we just could not take with us. We called Allison as we were leaving for our flight, and she assured us that everything would be okay. Over the next week, Allison knocked out all of the tasks with us, through her own hard work and through hired professionals, from junk haulers to a talented electrician and painters. She didn't just trash our treadmill. We actually received a payment from Allison when she sold our treadmill for us. We later found out that she helped the treadmill buyers load the treadmill into her own vehicle as she drove it to their home. That's the kind of realtor Allison is. She also offered to pick up school materials, returned our internet devices, and shipped us some important things that we unintentionally left behind. She had our home cleaned and staged, and, about a week after we left our junk all over the house, we had an offer in hand for $231,000 over the asking price. We couldn't be happier. Thanks Allison!
