We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Allison Brandt. From start to finish, she was absolutely fantastic. Her attention to detail was incredible — she noticed things we overlooked and pointed out items we never would have thought to look for ourselves. Communication was one of the biggest things that stood out. Whether it was text, phone calls, or email, Allison was always responsive, professional, and easy to reach. We always felt informed and supported throughout the entire process. Buying a home can be stressful, but Allison made the experience smooth and enjoyable. We are so grateful we found her to help us purchase our new home by the beach. Highly recommend!

Allison is the absolute best. Her experience/knowledge shows in every step of the process, and she has a gift of making even the most complicated transactions feel as smooth as it can for those involved. She came highly recommended and we have no doubt why, we will be recommending her for all future transactions!

Allison ! What a great agent. Informative, alert, punctual. And so on time and organized with paperwork. I have done a few real estate trades over the years and I can say with confidence Allison is exceptional in her field.

I remembered how highly my friend spoke of her agent (Allison), so when it came time to sell my home, I called her first. I was impressed with her attentiveness, timeliness, and professionalism. She listed my home, and it sold on the first day during Open House. I spent over a year looking for my next home and she was just the right touch of "checking in" when she thought something fit my needs and being patient when I needed more time. She is a class act, and I will never trust any other real estate dealings to anyone else.

Allison Brandt did an amazing job with the sale of our Florida condo and was always on top of everything as it came up. I would definitely use Allison again for the purchase or sale of any Pensacola, Florida properties.

Allison was fantastic to work with. She is very knowledge and helped me through every step of the process as a first-time home buyer. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.

My husband and I are thrilled with our experience working with Allison. We had very specific criteria for our beach property, and the search took time, but she was endlessly patient and engaged throughout the process. Allison has broad expertise in the complicated and evolving landscape of Florida real estate. She is up to date on changes (and potential future changes) in regulations, and she connected us with trustworthy contractors, insurers, inspectors, and property management resources. In addition, she provided valuable insights into the area, including local restaurants, shops, and other favorite gems. She kept us updated with information from the HOA and guided us through every step of the closing process. Even after closing, she generously offered to assist us with anything we might need. We’re so grateful for her dedication and expertise – thank you Allison!
