Allen Typhair went above and beyond in helping my wife and I find our dream property. He tirelessly walked multiple 5 acre and above properties, most of them with little to no cultivation (i.e., heavy woods). I loved his hands-on approach, since that is the only way I work, as well. Further, he remained flexible, as our ideas of the market, where we wanted to settle, and available lands dwindled. We changed our minds many times, and Allen just kept saying, "No worries... I just want you two to be happy, no matter how long it takes." That is the kind of work ethic and attitude you can expect from Allen. He remained cheerful and upbeat, even when we walked 10 hilly acres at close to a thirty degree pitch at 90+ degrees. (We all ended up lacerated from the heavy vegetation, but it was fun nonetheless). At the end of it all, B and I ended up with a neat plot of 25 acres, and we can thank Allen for that.
