I authorized Allen Tian to sell my apartment unit which was in old age, he tried his best to sell my unit, such as many times of open-house, advertised my unit in some medias etc. so his performance proved he is very professional. Most importantly, he helped me a lot to solve some difficulty in many ways. in general, I think it was right to chose him as my realtor to sell the house.

Thanks and highly recommend the gold medal real estate broker Allen Tian (Tel: 4033908863). In the current downturn in the real estate market, he helped me sell the house smoothly in only 20 days. This achievement is by no means accidental and luck, but comes from his full dedication, professional literacy and good professional ethics. He always considers problems from the customer's perspective, conducts in-depth research on the market situation, and accurately finalises the selling price. He gives economic and practical rectification plans for housing optimisation. At the same time, he makes every effort to promote publicity and arrange two open house viewing activities every week. He meticulously followed up the feedback of every house viewing customer and communicated with me synchronously at the first time, which made me feel at ease and trusted throughout the whole process. He often said, "If customers choose to trust us, we should serve them as carefully as we take care of our own property, because this is an asset accumulated by customers throughout their lives." It is also this sincere contribution that the housing has received four quotations in a week, and finally it was successfully sold at the ideal price within 20 days. It can be seen that it is important to choose such a responsible and professional and reliable broker to sell and buy a house!!️ If you want to buy and sell real estate, don't worry about finding the gold medal real estate broker Allen Tian (Tel: 4033908863). Everytime I had a question, before I even asked it, he texted or called to explain the next step and by doing so, answered the question. He made the whole process manageable.
