We closed on our new home August 14, 2020. We couldn't ask for a better realtor! Allen is kind, knowledgeable and easy going. We moved down to the Wilmington area from upstate New York and began talking with Allen in September of 2019. Allen kept in contact with us for months, sending us potential houses and emails about the area. He really took the time to get to know us and our needs/wants. He assisted us in finding a short term rental house until we found our forever home. Allen was so helpful finding us places to shop, inspectors, an attorney, mortgage contact and much more. Allen has been wonderful communicating through email and phone as we began our search to move from New York Sate to North Carolina.
