Alison was a pleasure to work with. I was moving from another state ,she made the process easy for me and worked with my schedule including evenings and weekends. She helped me find the right property and guided me through the purchase. I would recommend Alison as an agent to anyone purchasing a home. Rick K.

Alison is, quite simply, excellent at her job. Smart, knowledgeable, patient, personable, and effective. I could not recommend her more highly.

Alison was amazing throughout the entire process of selling my home. She knows the area well and the comparable prices in the area. She was able to sell my house in a few days with 10 offers and well over listing price. She is friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend her if you are buying or selling if you would like the process to be stress free.

Alison was terrific to work with. She showed us loads of houses and never pressured us to make a quick decision. She always offered her professional opinion when we asked questions and was easy to work with. She answered all of our questions throughout the process, from searching for houses while we were still out of state, to sitting around the table at closing. I would highly recommend Alison to anyone looking for housing in the greater Lansing area.

Alison is a great realtor. She was quick to respond to every question and patient with us as we viewed many homes. She is very professional and was supportive through negotiations with the sellers. We also appreciated Berkshire Hathaway's Concierge Service. We're pleased with all the services provided and will certainly recommend them to our friends and neighbors!

Alison helped me purchase my home while I was living abroad. She took the time to go through the house and gave me her honest opinions, sent pictures and videos, and offered solid and trustworthy advice. She is kind, warm, professional, highly knowledgeable, and an all-around top-notch realtor! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You will be glad to have her on your side, and she will make the whole process simple and clear for you.

I very highly recommend Alison. She was our realtor when my partner sold her condo and when the two of us bought our house. Both experiences were excellent. She is a very positive person, attentive, knowledgeable, hardworking, understanding and devoted. We won our house at a price we were very happy with, even with some strong competition. We could not be happier with the house that we bought and with Alison as our realtor.
