Alisha accurately guaged the market, generated significant interest in the property through her marketing plan, and maintained frequent communications with me. I also found her recommendations consistently excellent. She took the initiative to guide me through the complexities of the process without being asked. My only regret is that I will likely not have the opportunity to work with Alisha again.
