As an out of town Trust owned property it was extremely important for us to find an outstanding realtor. Alicia and her team did a fantastic job. Alicia coordinated all the normal day to day events such as inspections, photography, listing contract, sales contract, title work, and closing docs, but where her true value really showed up was when we needed a few repairs. No sooner than I was notified of an issue, she was on the phone with a solution. Her knowledge of the local service industry is excellent.
