Alicia was amazing to work with in my Fiancé and I's journey to buying our first home. From beginning to end, she was there for every question and concern at any time of the day. We would highly recommend Alicia to anyone looking to buy a house. A million out of ten!

Alicia helped my son and his fiancé buy their first house. From house hunting to closing day, she guided them, answered all their questions, and there were a lot! Her depth of knowledge and experience was so evident, reassuring and calming. They knew they were in good hands and we knew they were too. We appreciate everything she did to guide them in the first home buying experience. There will be so many memories made in this house and she will always be part of them. Thank you so much, Alicia. You are the BEST!

5 Stars is not nearly enough, more like 10 out of 5 stars!!! In my 30 plus years in the business, I have worked with many real estate professionals, and Alicia Michols stands out as one of the very best. She helped our clients purchase a home in Florida while they were based in Michigan, and she made the entire long-distance transaction feel effortless. Her communication was exceptional, Alicia made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free for everyone involved. Simply put, she was an absolute rock star. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Working with her was such a great experience that she almost has me considering a move to Florida so I could work with her more often!

Fantastic selling and buying experience working with Alicia Michols! She is truly the best!

We cannot be more appreciative of Alicia’s commitment to getting our dream house. We took her all over Duval and St John’s county on an extensive search and she always put our wishes first. She is a great listener and is very informative. On the day we wanted to make an offer, she was sick in the hospital, but to our disbelief, that didn’t slow her down! She drafted an offer letter straight from her hospital bed, not delaying us a second. We now have our dream home thanks to her dedication.

Overall very pleased with Alicia Michols Excellent performance and disposition Highly recommend her and your company Juan Aleman

Alicia is a top notch realtor and person. During one of the most difficult things of one’s life of buying a new home in a new area she stayed the calming force. Her expertise and her compassion was outstanding. She was always a phone call away to help with any questions or concerns. I can’t speak high enough about her as a person and as a realtor.

Alicia has been an amazing realtor to say the least. She was so helpful throughout the entire process. The minute I reached out to her to help me find my new home I knew we would be a great fit for this difficult process. She was so calming and reassuring throughout. We eventually did find the perfect match that checked most of my needs in my forever home. And throughout the negotiations and closing she was always there to help ease my nerves. I am forever grateful to her and to her team for the support.

Alicia is an absolute Godsend—hands down, the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. She ran point on all things local (repairs, inspections, etc.) for over 4 months while my house was on the market. She worked tirelessly and was always available and prompt with updates. I truly could not have done this without her and her dedicated team. Alicia is absolutely incredible as a realtor, but more importantly, is a person who cares about her clients and her business just like they’re her friends and family. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

"Our experience working with Alicia was outstanding from start to finish. She made the entire experience easy and gave us peace of mind throughout the whole process. This was our first time going through something like this. Alicia was not only very easy to communicate with but she always got back to us quickly and was so thoughtful and had our best interest in mind at all times. Truly would not have gotten our dream home if it wasn’t for Alicia. She is the best and treated us like her own family! Very happy with our experience!"Ed Waller
