I liked the way she sounded on the phone and her telephone etiquette, which is why I asked her to mail her business card to me. After that, she was the selling agent for a house in our subdivision and asked them about Alicia. They were very happy with the way she handled their sale and that was good enough for me.

We were very happy with the range she suggested, decided on a price, and Alicia was able to sell the house for that price.
