Alice had a thorough knowledge of the property and uniqueness of the neighborhood. Alice was ALL the above and then some. She answered all our calls and texts quickly and clearly. She is a very positive and upbeat person. Alice was and is an active listener and tactful communicator as she dealt with two strangers as they pursued a dream. In our opinion, Alice went above and beyond in all the above areas! We appreciated Bill Griffin's knowledge, professionalism and business savvy of the situation. Alice was ideal for us and we really appreciate her positivity and confidence when we ran into occasional snags. She worked hard to clear obstacles. We will not hesitate to use her services again or recommend her to others. Looking back on our experience, it is clear that this lady lives and works by the golden rule of " do unto others as you would have them do unto you".

We love Alice Griffin. She stands out here in the Lake Tahoma area, because she is a life long resident and loves the lake area herself, cares who moves here, and cares about her clients. Alice makes every sale a good fit. Wonderful experience. OUr purchase went without a hitch.Alice had inspectors come at our convenience, and was here to help with all events. Alice is an experienced agent who has more knowledge about this area than anybody. She cares about people, and wants them to get the right property and be happy. She phoned several times after the sale to make sure all was well.

It was our first home buying experience, and Alice provided the perfect combination of patience as we navigated the process of figuring out exactly what we wanted and professionalism to give us the confidence to jump when a great opportunity presented itself. We lucked out BIG-TIME to end up with Alice as our real estate agent!

Alice was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. We felt like we could trust her in helping us with this very big decision of buying a home.

After location, presentation may be the top factor in real estate sales. Alice Griffin carefully assessed the market and our house in setting the price, and her price was on the mark. Then she took care of all the details of presentation. She did a lot of work before we went on the market, including having a top notch photographer take the pictures. Her careful preparation paid off. When we went on the market, there was an explosion of interest and an offer in 27 hours. Amazing.

Alice helped us through the details of the whole process of completing the purchase of our home. She initiated contact for us with attorney, surveyor, and inspectors. Alice did a great job of communicating with us and working under a tight due diligence period to get the contract closed on time. THANK YOU ALICE!

Tom and I would happily recommend Alice because she is high-caliber, highly ethical and understood our needs. It was obvious she took much time and care in researching properties she chose for us to visit. She possesses amazing energy, in addition to her attention to detail and knowledge of Asheville and environs. She never gave up on finding us the home we wanted, even though the location was unexpected. When we toured it, we knew we were home. Alice worked with the sellers? realtor to ensure they met all requirements of the inspector?s recommendations. Alice is our idea of a model agent - one who listens to clients? needs and has the ability to translate these into a successful home purchase.

Alice went above and beyond in helping me find the right home. When I told her I had been scammed when trying to rent a temporary home in Asheville, she helped researching the details and also found another spot for me. Any issues that came along, like being in a flood zone, she worked to get all my questions answered. She took me back to the same houses several times, she showed me around Asheville and suggested restaurants, etc. I?ve never had a better experience with a real estate broker.

A sincere professional, dedicated to her career . A pleasure to interact with . Perfect employee Alice solved all problems that emerged .

Alice is so proud of Asheville and points out it?s beauty, character and conveniences. She paid special attention to my daughter and her boyfriend for they are moving into the home I purchased. Nina and Josh have a special fondness for Alice. We had 2 short days to search for homes and it was no problem for Alice. She found us a home, took us to, lunch shopped with the kids and drew up all contracts in 48 hours ... what a professional and charming woman.
