While my two little girls and I were waiting at the Yorba Linda car wash I started chatting with the woman sitting by us. She was so friendly, outgoing and very sweet to my girls. As we talked I found out she was a realtor. I had no need at the time for a realtor, but there was just something about Alexia that wanted me to ask for her card. Luck would have it that the very next day I was put in a position to move. I called Alexia and told her my delimea and specific needs for housing. Since it was during the school year my first priority was living within the district. This proved to be extremely challenging because of our budget and the low inventory in the area. She did a search and sent us options- none I was thrilled about, but almost nothing was available that fit our specifications. Two days later she called early in the morning about the perfect house that just became available for us and immediately emailed us the listing. She was right, it was perfect. We saw the house that day, loved it, and she called the other realtor while we were still at the showing. We were shocked that an offer had already been made, but Alexia worked her magic. We submitted an offer with Alexia's guidance. She really worked with the other realtor (cc'ing us on all email correspondence). We were thrilled that our offer was accepted. Alexia helped us through ever step of the process, and went above and beyond in every way. We couldn't be happier in our home and owe it all to Alexia!!!
