I recently successfully purchased a house in Richmond's Short Pump area thanks to the excellent support and guidance provided by Alexandria Smith. She came to us highly recommended by our L&F agent in Reston, VA who was processing a 1031 Exchange of our condominium there. An Exchange is a rather straightforward process but subject to some tight time restrictions and corresponding negative financial consequences if those rules are not strictly met. Time for us was truly of the essence. Adding to this were our requirements that the property we would purchase be in specified school districts. Nothing impossible, but neither was it a slam dunk.
