I started my house hunting with a different agency and agent. I became so frustrated with the process and lack of communication. I was all by myself in this giant purchase that I had never done before (first time homebuyer). I was searching houses alone often that already had contingent offers on them, was doing pricing research, and more times then not was viewing the house via an open house vs appointment. I was trying to do all of that while still working my actual full time job. It felt impossible and I was so extremely stressed and frustrated. I almost called it quits just from the stress and feeling hopeless. Then my partner had mentioned connecting with Alex who he had known from high school. When she entered literally it all changed completely for the positive. Not only was I not alone, but I had someone day or night, weekday or weekend she was there to answer any little question I had, constantly sending houses that fit what we were looking for, and someone who had our best interest in part. Honestly if Alex hadn't come into the picture I would of resigned my lease for another year, but from the moment we met she had us believing in the process. We lost out on a handful of houses during the search, but Alex was always there to give us feedback on how to improve our offers, but also never let us forget that the home for us was still out there and to keep trusting the process. She always made sure we were being smart and strategic. She wasn't our realtor she felt more like our friend and partner who was just as invested in finding the right home at the right price that would set us up for success in the future. I could seriously go on and on about how amazing, friendly, passionate, and just an incredible person Alex is but she is out of this world. Alex not only became our lifetime realtor, but also our friend!
