Alex was great!! My husband and I were first time home buyers....we knew nothing about what to expect, questions to ask, and the process in general! Alex explained the process in terms we understood, had things done quickly, gave us options for loans/insurances, made sure we knew what questions to ask, and gave us an amazing experience!! I felt bad for asking Alex to explain the process multiple times to me and he was never bothered by it! His personality is great! He is really in it to satisfy the customer and not in it to just sell you a house you may not want. He will put in as much work as it takes to find a house you really like. Where do we even start?! We contacted Alex via Facebook when we found a home we wanted to view. He was out of town for military drill, but responded promptly and offered to have another realtor in his office show us the home. We are glad that we waited for him to return because Alex was amazing through the ENTIRE process of purchasing our current home and selling our previous home. He was intuitive on the offering and counter offering process. His use of technology for the purchase and sale of our homes was outstanding. He was able to recommend businesses to assist with renovations and updates to the home that we sold.
