Alex was a huge help in our house hunting project. He was always responsive and even went and toured houses for us when we could not be around. There was not a time where I could not rely on him for his help. 10/10.

Alex Chavez y Daniel Reyes son unas honorables personas, sobre todo, muy confiables Estoy muy agradecida con ellos Recomendables al 100%

Hi, my experience with Alejandro Chavez was thruly clear since the first contac by messenger and appointment until I get the credit approval Allways he was available to ask him my doubts even after working hours, sometimes I realize that he was answerin e-mails early mornings, I thing he doesn't sleep Even though we had a low credit limit, he didn't give up on continuing to search and visit houses several times Once the house was selected, he always followed up with the lender, even pressuring him not to waste time on the paperwork and to promptly request us the necessary extra documents from us. My wife and I were very worried due to the big investment with the downpayment and not hearing news every day, but without knowing that they are working hard to ensure everything runs smoothly. Suddenly they said, all was set up, you have to go to sign the title, wauuuuu, was done, is true?, in less than 30 days, unbelievable Now my family and I are living in the house and after renting for several years, we still can't believe, it's our house! Great job Master Alex Chavez, The Big Boss Realtor!!!

Very nice and patient

Alex is a knowledgeable real estate agent. He is committed to helping his clients all the way to the finish line. Our situation was stressful but yet, he was always there to take the stress from us. He was able to get us in our forever home after many ups and downs. Alex will also answer any questions at any time of the day and that made me feel we mattered to him. Even after the closing, he has been around helping us resolve issues that the house came across. A few words that will describe his work ethics are reliable, responsible, punctual, dedicated, thoughtful, and understanding. I can keep going but what I’m trying to say is that choosing Alex as our agent was the best decision we made during this journey. Thank you Alex for everything!!
