As foreign investors in the US real estate market, we needed a very tailor made type of advisory, all the more true under the specific circumstances of COVID 19 which prevented us from being in the US to search and view the property personally. Mr. Alejandro Alvarez provided us with complete and expert advice complemented by his unique kindness which made an unlikely transaction possible. We managed to buy a nice property from the distance, in a transaction that was far from being standard/plain vanilla. Alejandro was capable to manage our expectations as outsiders investors, he fully understood our cultural background and views, and he patiently pursued the house search for us, bringing up to our attention one property that received a prior offer, eventually not materialized. Alejandro reached out to this property’s owner’s agent and he ensured re we could place our offer before the property got listed back in the market. Alejandro showed the ability to deal with new customers and with different services at ease. The only remark is not on Alejandro but rather on the fact that foreign investors like us might need a full range of products encompassing a title management company capable to settle transactions overseas (in this area we had a couple of minor issues) and maybe tax advice consultant.
