Can I give her 6 stars?!? Amy is a PHENOMENAL realtor and person! She went above and beyond to ensure we were on track for our closing. She was always on top of everything. She was very intuitive of things and before we even reached out to her, she already did what were about to ask! A mind reader skill. :-). She was extremely attentive to our concerns and always treated us as if we were the only clients she had. It was a FIRST CLASS service right from the initial communication until post-closing.

As we looked for homes with another realtor and from various sites and realtor notices we noticed that Aimee’s listings were always on target for what we wanted. After we paused our search and getting desperate to move into Wilmington area, we chose to work with Aimee. Within 1 day of moving in the area, Aimee had found another perfect home for us to look at…needless to say, our bid was accepted. Aimee was always there for us to closing and we still maintain contact. She negotiated for us, she answered all our questions about the new home, she was always so professional and so likable. Aimee was great to work with. We found her to be knowledgeable of the local area market as well as patient and responsive when the inevitable problems cropped up. My husband and I live out of state, so it was likely that we wouldn't personally see any property we chose to put under contract. To add to her task of finding that ideal condo, we were under a deadline---in a hot market. But she listened to our needs and concerns, going the extra mile to videotape a visit to a property we had an interest in, or sending out letters to owners in a condo complex to see if any had an interest in selling. We would definitely recommend her.
