Excellent Guide us through each step

Aileen and Liz were excellent. We bought on Feb 18 when it was a sellers market. Because of the new presidential administration by April when we listed our home for sale it became a buyers market. The pricing strategy had to change to deal with that and it is not a reflection on Aileen or Liz.

They made the process smooth and painless. Provided great insight and we felt prepared for the throughout the entire process!
