Great service, good communication

Aida did an amazing job helping us during our home search. As first-time buyers we needed a lot of help navigating the process and she did a great job keeping us informed. She was communicative, dedicated, and lovely to work with.

Aida is excellent!

We recently worked with Aida and could not have had a better experience. She was extremely helpful in our search and took us to see many different properties, before we found the one. Not only did she take us to the ones we asked for, she would also recommend some that she thought we might like. In this market, properties are moving quickly, so it was important to see them as soon as they came on. That is exactly what Aida did for us. She arranged showings as soon as possible, so we could have the best chance at putting in an offer. With each offer we put in, she was very helpful with how we should move forward. She coached us on things we should and shouldn’t do and gave her honest opinions on the amount we needed to move forward with. We can’t say enough great things about her and we highly recommend working with her if you are in the market for a new home!

Aida was so unbelievably patient, knowledgeable, flexible and generous with her time. We had a particularly complicated set of circumstances going into finding our home which she navigated masterfully. She also helped us sell our previous home and got us an incredible deal. She was also always so kind and patient towards our 2 little ones. We are forever grateful for Aida !

We had a great experience !

Aida is awesome. She isn’t your typical Realitor. She takes customer service to the next level. If you want to sell or rent your place, highly recommend working with her!

I would like to give the overall service of this company and broker who have worked with me, Aida Pedroza an "Excellent" grade! And I will recommend this Realty company in the future. First of all, Aida is professional, she answers every of my questions about the property, especially she explain it in a way I can understand, and from time to time, she gives suggestions. Secondly, she is patience and always there for me. thirdly, she is so persevere and considerate. Something I already give up, but she keeps thinking and try to get a resolution, which is so great, that I have to say, I can't make it to purchase my home without her encouragement and persevere and hard work! I like her, I highly recommend her.
