Adil is, by far, the best agent I have ever worked with. He was calm and patient and helped to find the best tenant under extremely difficult circumstances. During the heavy snowstorms of Dec 2025 and Jan 2026, he ensured the property was cleared and shovelled so it was both safe and well presented. Moreover, he also ensured all of the entry and access areas (inside and out) were clean and cleared of wet snow, ice, salt and all of the mess that goes with our Canadian winters. He was patient with me and the many details I insisted on to find the right tenant. He went the extra mile in ensuring that the agreements were adequately detailed. On the tenant side, he had multiple showings (often at unsociable hours). He ensured all of the maintenance was in place so that the new tenant could move in swiftly and to a place that was up to their expectations and standards. After moving in, Adil maintained contact with the tenant and me to ensure all our expectations were met. I simply cannot rate Adil high enough and will most definitely be using his services again and recommending him to my friends and colleagues! He simply goes above and beyond!
