I truly believe it was divine intervention that Alicia Toney and I met. Our 1st meeting was on the phone to get acquainted with each other for about 30 minutes or so. She then "hit the ground" running to find me the perfect home within my budget. Once my humble abode was located she wrote the most touching letter to the seller expressing why I would be the best buyer for his property.
