I've always felt that it's really hard to be a great teacher. First of all they have to a wealth of knowledge on their subject and second of all they have to be adept at communicating that knowledge. Sometimes, you find someone who is one but not the other. Adam is a great teacher which is not how I would normally think of a real estate agent. Before he ever found what we consider our "dream condo" he slowly guided us with knowledge about the potential or lack of and the timing and the psychology of our prospective seller and our prospective buyer. You see, we were so impressed with Adam after we used him to purchase our new apartment that we used him to sell our old apartment. Real estate can be an emotional rollercoaster for all the parties involved and at times both my wife and I and Adam were frustrated at the pace of selling our apartment but Adam's great sense of humor was a release valve that let us keep our eyes on the prize. He has represented some extremely wealthy clients and, while we certainly are not poor, he could have treated us like a small fish in a big pond. He did not. He was a gentleman from beginning to end.
