Adam was amazing. Explained every detail. His honesty made me feel at ease with every decision that needed to be made, responsive couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks for all your help

Adam was very helpful and made the process of buying a place so easy!

I’m so grateful to have had Adam Padfield as my realtor! He made the home-buying process so much easier and less stressful with his knowledge and genuine care. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would wholeheartedly recommend Adam to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Sold my old house and bought my new Condo very quickly and efficiently.

Adam is a highly experienced, highly professional Realtor who I have had the pleasure of working with over the last few years. He operates at the highest standard of our industry. Highly recommended for all of your real estate needs!

Adam was a tremendous help! We had only 2 days in Waterloo as we flew in from out of town. Adam had curated a list of properties for us and arranged viewings of the top 6 chosen ones. We found a home on the first day - Adam navigated us through the offer process and has been helping us ever since the sellers accepted our offer

Working with Adam was a wonderful experience. Buying a home is no easy task but we were so impressed by how well organized and efficient our experience was. He helped us find our dream home. We are so happy that Adam was our realtor. Highly recommend!

Adam is exactly the kind of Realtor when looking for a home. Over the past 12 yrs we have closed on 2 homes with Adam. He listened closely to our specific needs, never pressured and showed genuine care. Adam's dedication to building lifelong relationships—rather than just closing a fast transaction—is evident in how he conducts his business. He is responsive, proactive, exceptional as a realtor and becomes part of the family. We love our new home and highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to buy!

Adam did a super job in listing our home and his constant followup to be sure of all necessary details was appreciated.

Thank you Adam for helping us sell our home and little piece of paradise in the big, busy city! As bittersweet this all is to leave the home we raised our children in, we are so excited to start the next chapter of our lives!
