Meeting Sally for the first time we hit it off immediately. She’s very quick with her responses and she does exactly what she says she is going to do. From the time we met until she sold my house which took approximately 40 days. The sale went faster than I anticipated and the closing was easier than I expected. My only feedback will be to negotiate harder to get the higher price point because once the inspection comes back things come up that you had no clue about and we had to renegotiate our selling price. Other than that I would use Sally again because now I know how she works and she’s very knowledgeable about the real estate market.
