For almost 30 years, LTF Eye Clinics have been serving patients and families in Northwest Indiana with precision, experience, expertise, and attention that are hard to find anywhere else. As we grow, so does our staff, which today includes six eye doctors. Our eye doctors serve on staff at the following hospitals: Porter Memorial Hospital, Franciscan Physicians Hospital, St. Anthony Medical Center, Community Hospital, Munster, and Lake Park Surgery Center.
