I've had the privilege of working with Shelly Hagstrom on numerous transactions, and she consistently does an outstanding job for her clients. Shelly is incredibly patient, takes the time to thoroughly explain the process, and is a strong advocate every step of the way. Her professionalism, communication, and dedication make her a trusted partner and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Shelly to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring Realtor.

Shelley helped my wife and I buy our first home. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and made what was could have been a nerve wracking experience super smooth! And we love our new home! Thanks Shelley!

Shelley Hagstrom was a huge help! She made sure every detail was figured out to close on time. We appreciated her experience to work with escrow to answer our questions and meet the requirements to complete our purchase. She is smart, kind, and answers every text, call and email promptly.

As a first-time homebuyer, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Shelley was patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our many questions. She made the whole process so much less stressful and truly helped me feel confident every step of the way. Highly recommend!

If you’re comparing realtors, Shelley is the clear choice. Her expertise and dedication truly set her apart. She brings creative, out-of-the-box ideas that give you a competitive edge in negotiations. Beyond her knowledge and skills, Shelley is incredibly personable and a joy to work with. I can’t recommend her highly enough and will be telling all my friends about her!

We had an extended period of time on the market due to several factors including high interest rates, a unique property with no true comps in the area and an off season attempt to sell our place. None of this stopped Shelley. She stayed after it and was able to get it done. Even with an extended closing period with multiple extentions requested by the buyers she stayed positive and upbeat even when we were getting discouraged. A true professional and will absolutely work with her again with my mom's property when the time comes. Thanks again Shelley!

We gave Shelley an almost impossible task: to sell our home in two weeks in a housing market that had come to an almost complete halt. She was successful! She was a great communicator, keeping us informed of every showing and passing on any feedback she received. She was available any time we had a question or concern, responding to our messages quickly. The staging she provided was tasteful and showcased our home perfectly. We highly recommend her to anyone needing an efficient and professional realtor!

Shelly is a real expert in Edmonds real estate. I can't believe how fortunate we were to have found her. She is actually the agent that helped us find our home when we first moved to the area and was so great that we would could not even consider using anybody else to list our house when it came time for us to move. Our house officially listed when we had already moved out of state, but we didn't need to worry about a thing because Shelley was running the whole show seamlessly. Our house listed and sold within a week and there were no surprises to add to the stress. We could not be more pleased with the job she did and would recommend her 100%.

Shelley Hagstrom was very thorough and professional. She did a lot more for me than I ever expected from a Realtor. I really appreciated how she were on top of things and how she kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Shelley!!!

Available 24/7. Leave a message she calls right back. Nothing but help. Felt secure knowing she was on it. Went through several listings, made too many offers but in the end we made a good purchase. I have and will continue to recommend her. I don't think I'll be buying another home but if I do. Shelly will be my agent.
