I listed my home with the agent that showed us the home we bought. HUGE MISTAKE, but I thought it was the expected courtesy! The home was shown one time and only listed on the local MLS. When that 8 month contract was up I listed my home with Regina. She was the agent that originally showed me that home. She listed it-with PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS TO MULTIPLE MARKETS. Two months later she had the photos upgraded with drone footage and a 3D walk thru. She held an open house. Two months later it is under contract-closed yesterday. I bought at the high end of the market and sold at the low. So yes I took a loss-but Regina was aware of my need to sell. She always put me first-in everything. She knew to minimize my loss we needed to get it sold quickly. I recommend her with the highest possible rating/score available!
Above all Regina has your best interest front and center in her mind. Trust her! She excels in listing photos, placement and all aspects of marketing your property. She upgraded the photos of my listing twice, held an open house and did aerial drone shots. In 4 months - in this horrible market-I was under contract! I knew that I bought when the market was at the top - and I had to sell when the market was at the lowest. So I knew I was going to take a loss if I wanted to be out from under the burden of the house. No doubt in my mind Regina minimized the impact. She regularly checked in with me, and constantly communicated through the process.
