Lauren was a pleasure to work with. We have been out of town for the entire process and Lauren handled everything. There were repairs to be made and she arranged for estimates and engaged contractors to do the work. She updated us continuously and guided us through the negotiations. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone and specifically to the out of town seller that cannot be present. She made this happen.
