Debi showed usDebi showed us several villa homes which we were looking for over the weekend by the end of the weekend we had already signed a contract to purchase one. Can't do it much faster than that. She was right on target and exactly what we were looking for. She showed us and work with us putting together all of the documents and request for information that we would need in a timely manner. If that was a matter of listing our house to sell which we were not ready to do but she helped us get through that in a matter of days. She continually communicated with us, explaining and documenting all necessary steps and stayed with us and tight communication until all deals closed.
