We had an outstanding experience working with John Holterhaus at Pella Real Estate Services. As we transitioned to Pella, we explored a wide range of housing options, and John was incredibly supportive through all of it. No matter the direction we considered, he remained open-minded, patient, and focused on helping us find the best fit for our family. John was consistently kind, responsive, and professional. His communication was prompt, and he always made us feel like a priority, even during a busy time. He took the time to answer questions, provide thoughtful guidance, and ensure we felt confident in every step of the process. What stood out most was his genuine care and steady support. Moving can be stressful, but John made the experience smooth and positive from start to finish. We’re grateful for his help in finding our home in Pella and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and personable real estate agent.
