Sarah and her team were great to work with. With a requested quick closing by the buyers, Sarah made sure all was in place for closing. She made me feel confident I was making a good decision during a very emotional time for me. I would highly recommend Pella Real Estate Services.

John was a joy to work with. He knows the market he works in very well. He’s one of the friendliest people you’ll meet. Excellent communication. Zero regrets. I would recommend him to anyone. 10 out of 10

John did a great job. He was responsive and informative throughout the entire process. Highly recommend him for your real estate needs.

John is fantastic at what he does! He did a great job helping us purchase our dream home. Excellent communication skills and timely responses. Just a very pleasant person to work with. He is very knowledgeable and gave us good recommendations on a lender and an inspector. I will forever recommend John to anyone that needs a realtor!

Ciara did an amazing job from just looking to purchasing our home in Pella. She made the transition between house so easy and comfortable. She was always ready to answer questions we had and it didn’t matter what day of the week it was. Ciara was so helpful that it seemed effortless to purchase our home. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome, if you need your home sold or are looking for another I would definitely consider using Ciara and her team

Establishing trust with a realtor is a priority for me when purchasing a home, especially when you are moving from a location that is more than a half day's drive from your new community. My interaction with Sarah began by phone and having worked as a realtor myself, I was impressed by Sarah's professionalism and market knowledge during our inaugural conversation. She asked pointed questions that zeroed in on what we were looking for in our next home. This set the tone for many more phone conversations during our 3-month quest as we developed a productive procedure for narrowing down possibilities before jumping in the car and driving to Pella to tour two or three potential choices. Her ability to quickly understand our thought process resulted in only two trips from Milwaukee before we secured a successful offer. The best part of the experience, though, was hearing Sarah repeatedly say, "I want you to be happy with your decision" much as a trusted friend would advise you and by the time we signed at closing, Sarah was and is a trusted friend.

This is the second time we’ve bought a house with Aaron, and this time we also had him help us sell our previous home. We seriously couldn’t recommend him enough! He is so knowledgeable in every part of the buying and selling process and was always there to answer our questions and help us through everything. He made the whole process so much easier and is just genuinely great to work with. If we ever buy or sell again, Aaron will definitely be our first call!

We had an excellent experience working with John to sell our home! He was thorough, attentive, and communicated exceptionally well throughout the entire process. We especially appreciated how John provided us with clear, relevant data about the local market and comparable homes, while allowing us to make informed decisions about when—and whether—to adjust the price. His guidance, patience, and knowledge helped us feel confident in every decision and ultimately contributed to a successful sale. We highly recommend John to anyone looking for a realtor who truly listens, communicates, and puts their clients’ best interests first!

I can't recommend John Holterhouse highly enough. I've actually known John for 25 years, going back to when we both worked at Pella Windows, so I already knew him to be a genuinely great person — but working with him as my realtor showed me just how great he is at his job too. From start to finish, John supported us in every way possible. He was always prompt with follow-up, quick to give honest feedback, and made sure we felt informed and confident at every step of the process. Nothing fell through the cracks, and he never made us feel like just another transaction. Beyond John, the entire team at Pella Real Estate Services is top notch. I've also known Mike for years, and it's clear that he and Sarah have built a truly great business — built on trust, expertise, and taking care of their clients. It shows in everyone on their team, John included. If you're looking for an agent who combines real expertise with genuine care for his clients, backed by a team that's just as committed, John and the Pella Real Estate Services crew are the ones to call. You truly can't ask for a better agent or a better team."

Nathan was extremely helpful in our process of purchasing a home. We could tell he cared more about helping us find the right home than he did collecting a commission. It felt like he was always looking out for our best interests. Would highly recommend going through Nathan when purchasing a home!
