I would like to first thank Sandie for her work and efforts to sell our three investment properties in what was a little over 90 days. We had initially listed one property with another realtor and after 90 days we had little to no communication and was not pleased. After reviewing several other realtors we decided on Sandie as she had previously sold our personal house to me. Her and Chad did a great job with quickly having our houses staged, marketing them. We quickly received strong offers shortly after going live with the properties. We were able to complete our 1031 Exchange with a few days to spare, but it wouldn’t have been without Sandie and Chads help.
