I am well satisfied with the service my Property Manager provides.

Liz has just been assigned to be my property manager. Initial impressions are pretty good.

I am an absentee landlord and feel confident that my property is being looked after properly. The few necessary repairs have been done quickly.

I am not sure how to answer many of these questions about my property manager because I have never talked with her and have no idea who she is. According to my email she started as my property manager 6 months ago but I have never heard from her. I have had some fabulous property managers from Locations which is why I have continued with the company. Since working with your company in 2015 I have had 10 different property managers and some years have had 2 within the year. Rexie Castro was a standout property manager who reached out to me via email or phone calls every month or every other month. Erik Covarubias in 2015, Kim Titialii in 2016, Andy Kress in 2017, Amanda Del Rosario in 2018 were also good property managers and individuals I communicated with. I had some contact with Nico and Drexton only because they were on staff for a couple months each but they were able to help me with some things. I looked back through my emails and discovered that Lizbeth started in Aug 2023 and the first time I heard from her was Feb of this year sending me this survey. Is it typical to have this many property managers? From 2019 till now I have had 5 different people.

Keep up the good work and appreciate the quick response on renters' issues.

As of late my wife and I have NOT been impressed with Locations. In the past 3 years we have had 4 different property managers (PMs). Our first PM (Rexie Castro) was a complete professional and amazing. Every subsequent PM since Rexie has required several emails of us reaching out to say hi and establish contact just to get a response (as of this review Liz never responded to us reaching out via email on 31 Aug 2023). Luckily Jamie Gomes (our new Maintenance Manager (MM) who replaced Jade Medrano.. who was our MM up until Jamie and was amazing) has been spot on with communication and eased some of our concerns. I just hope these constant changes are being communicated to our tenant. My wife and I decided to rent with Locations because our real estate agent (no longer with Locations), who we bought the house through was with Locations at the time. We are far from demanding or high maintenance (we used to send a "thank you" Christmas gift to Rexie), but it seems odd that we have been through so many PMs in such a short time most of whom NEVER reach out to say hello and introduce themselves.

Locations is the best property rental management company.

Note;: Our property manager is Natasha Briley. We would like to be kept informed of current rents being paid for similar properties as ours. We feel the major mistake we made previously was not increasing our rent in line with our expenses.
