Lee-Ann Murray was our realtor recently when we bought our dream home in New Bern. We were completely new to the area and must of had at least twice the questions as someone who is familiar with North Carolina. Let me tell you, Lee-Ann had an answer for everything we asked her, I don’t think we ever heard the words “I don’t know” once from the 8 homes we toured including the entire buying process when we found the home we had been dreaming of. Did I mention we called her on a Saturday afternoon and she had all four homes we wanted to see scheduled for the next morning (a Sunday at that!) by dinner time! We scheduled 4 more and found out dream home then. During the entire process of making an offer, the due diligence inspections, and the negotiating afterwards, Lee-Ann was a cool calm professional, the exact type of character you need when the pressure is on. From start to closing on our dream home, the only thing I wish I could change is I wish Lee-Ann could have sold our home in Massachusetts for us too! 10/10, Five stars, First Class, and Second to none that we have worked with in the past.
