I had the pleasure of working with Mr Kasman to find my new home and he was phenomenal. Despite harsh market, we had a successful house search that was enjoyable and effective. He was able to present properties that i was not able to locate myself. His knowledge and experience with the area, market trends, and real estate in general was excellent and he was able to provide unique insight about property value that directly helped us with our decision. He is very reachable, communicates well, and has suberb organizational skills, which made us able to schedule several showings in my very limited available time. On a personal notes, he is personable, intelligent person and all my family enjoyed working with him. I would recommend him to my friends without hestiation.
