She was great

Ontop of everything, and flexibility was perfect for my work schedule!

I have had many real estate transactions in the past and Carol was by far the best Realator I have ever worked with. She was very detailed oriented and very helpful in making my transition to Morehead as seamless as possible. She did not know all the answers but had the available resources to help me out. I am very thankful for her service and commitment.

Carol is amazing and was so patient with us - helping us finding exactly what we wanted. I always felt I was her # 1 priority.

Carol worked tirelessly to help me find the right home! She exceeded my expectations with regard to her knowledge, integrity and professionalism. Carol has always been accessible and available to assist with all my questions and concerns. There is truly no better real estate agent on the planet!!!

Carol did a great job helping us sell the house quickly and at a great price

You are right in your slogan, "when exceptional people work together, extraordinary things happen". I cannot be positive enough. She went beyond the call of duty. She was compassionate, caring, diligent, patient, knowledgeable, discerning, sensitive in assessing and implementing, especially so, when there were challenges, difficulties and needs. We could not have asked for a better agent or agency.

Carol is a great agent I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property

Carol Basnight is the best! From listing to closing, she went above and beyond to make the sell of my home successful. She was also the agent that helped me buy this same house years ago. I highly recommend Carol if you are buying or selling a home.

Wonderful experience. I absolutely was dreading this process; however, Carol made it simple, easy to understand, and was able to do most everything remotely. She advised me and negotiated a fair deal. She definitely worked for me.
