Shannen was amazing! I found a house secured her and she helped with everything along the way. She had recommendations and industry knowledge on everything. She communicated with me on everything and did regular checkups throughout the process. Shannen also negotiated a favorable deal and handled communications with the HOA. We began our home search in Sioux Falls around February 2026 by submitting a request to a realty website. Rebecca Ohayon picked up our request and responded quickly.
