Working with Raji was a great experience for us!! She helped us purchase our first home. We bought a condo in West Oakland a few blocks from Ghost town brewery. Our family is growing so we will need to upgrade in a few years and Raji will be the person we will work with without a doubt!! Thank you again Raji!!!

Working with our realtor, Raji Nair, was an excellent experience from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of finding our perfect home in the San Francisco bayarea. She was always patient with our many questions and took the time to explain everything clearly. What we appreciated most was that she gave us complete freedom to make our own decisions and never pressured us into making an offer or signing on a house that didn't feel right. Instead, she helped us explore all the homes that matched our criteria and ensured we had all the information we needed to make confident choices. She was consistently responsive and prompt in addressing our questions and concerns, and her guidance made the home-buying process smooth and enjoyable. Most importantly, we felt we could trust her completely throughout the journey. She made what could have been a stressful experience truly memorable, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy realtor.

We met Raji about a year before we actually found the right home for our family to move into. She was very patient with us and helpful in answering any questions or concerns we had. She was always accommodating and reassuring that we would find the right home, and we did. We will always be grateful for all her help!

I had an amazing experience working with Raji on my home purchase. She was incredibly patient and supportive throughout my decision-making process, always taking the time to explain details and never making me feel rushed or pressured. At the same time, she was truly relentless in finding and presenting the best possible options for me, always looking out for my best interest.

Raji was a personable and intelligent agent to work with. She helped me with all my needs and preferences on home buying and made sure I was comfortable with what I exactly wanted. She was very prompt when I expressed certain needs or what I was looking for. I highly recommend Raji as your next agent, she was the only person I wanted to work with after going through 3-4 other agents in the area. She is super helpful and especially kind/ willing to help YOU as the homebuyer. I’m very thankful for Raji and the opportunity I had to work with her, I got my first home with her help!!!

Working with Raji to buy our new home was an absolute pleasure. Her deep local knowledge helped us find the perfect neighborhood, and her expertise in the home-buying process made everything smooth and stress-free. She was always quick to respond to our questions, providing clear and helpful guidance every step of the way. Raji’s professionalism and dedication made us feel confident and well-supported throughout the entire journey.

Raji was a great person to be able to work with. Me and my family had months trying to find a bigger place where to live but the apartment applications would get rejected. When we gave up on apartment hunting for a bit we thought of the opportunity of buy a manufactured home instead of renting, at some point while looking at manufactured homes in our area we contacted a agent on Zillow and I'm so grateful that it was Raji. If it wasn't for Raji we wouldn't been able to buy because throughout the process there was a lot of delays and if she was someone else they would have given up on us, and she was persistent. I totally recommend Raji as your realtor agent for your next rental or purchase. In the future if we plan on buying another house we would contact Raji to be our agent again. My family and I are so grateful for her efforts and we wish her and her family many blessings.

Raji was a blessing for me. I had just gone through an awful divorce and needed to find a place to live for my daughter and me. I felt utterly lost and confused trying to find a suitable new home to rent for my daughter and me. Raji stepped and helped me every step of the way. She was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of my difficult situation. She was familiar with the Bay Area; she took the time to understand what I was looking for. She came back with some properties for me to look at. Every property she shared with me matched everything I was looking for, and she also included some other properties I might not have considered. She would plan my Saturdays and Sundays with properties to look at. She was extremely patient and did not try to get me to settle for anything I was not interested in. She went out of her way to research the properties she was showing me. If I found other properties, Raji would reach out and set up times for me to do a walk-through. Once I found properties I was interested in, Raji would reach out to the landlords, owners, and property managers and help me through the application process. Raji constantly went above and beyond to help me find my new rental. I felt that Raji genuinely cared about my situation and took an interest in helping me make a happy decision. Once I signed my lease, Raji was very helpful in setting me up with my utilities and addressing any other questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend Raji to anyone seeking a genuine agent who has your best interests in mind. I will contact Raji again when I want to find a new place or make my first home purchase in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Raji on a kitchen remodel project, and I am thoroughly impressed with the outcome. Raji’s expertise and professionalism were demonstrated throughout the entire process. She listened attentively to my preferences and seamlessly integrated them into their design concept, while offering valuable insights and suggestions. Overall, I highly recommend Raji and V Design Houz for anyone seeking a truly transformative interior design experience.
