We were initially impressed by the marketing of another listing and met with her. Crystal and Kim accommodated our busy schedule and gave us good feedback on how to improve our resale value. They assessed our property $50,000 more than other realtors and we got asking price! While searching for our new home, they were very responsive and flexible to meet with us to show the houses. During the search, Crystal gave us valuable information and understood the house's market value. Finally, they were able to negotiate with the sellers to get the best deal possible for us. Crystal went above and beyond for the sale of our home.
