I would have to say that Terra went above and beyond for us. She was honest about houses we viewed if she saw a problem (one house we viewed had mold on the walls), and arranged her schedule to meet us for showing. She was even dealing with a sad family situation, while we were viewing houses, but still made sure to communicate with us and made sure to arrange for us to see houses when requested. She is a great and honest relator. I wouldn't have reservations about recommending her to other people.
