GREAT AND EXCELLENT SERVICE

Julia Whitmer was so helpful and responsive as I was buying my house. She was knowledgeable about the house, the market, the inventory and the process. She responded to questions very quickly and thought of many things I wouldn't have. She made a difficult process easy.

Rhonda helped me buy my first home eight years ago. I was young and knew nothing about home-buying, but she held my hand through the entire process. She recently helped with the sell of said home, as well as the purchase of a new one. Her patience, expertise, and responsiveness helped make all of these major accomplishments possible.

Sarai has been proactive and has worked really hard throughout this transaction. Even when things have been challenging, she’s stayed positive, kept communication going with the other agent, and advocated for her client. I’ve been proud to see her work through the challenges and navigate the process while continuing to learn and grow.

My Wife and I had an excellent experience working with our real estate agent (Sarai Tate) throughout the home-buying process. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, attention to details, trustworthy from start to finish. She took the time to answer our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and always had our best interests in mind. Her negotiation skills and willingness to go above and beyond made a real difference and gave me and my wife confidence throughout the process. We truly appreciate her dedication and commitment to helping me and my wife achieve our goal of homeownership. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home and seeking a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional real estate agent.

Julia was wonderful to work with and made the home buying process much easier!

Trish is a gem and I love her 10/10

Jim did a great job. I was pleased at how quickly we were able to close escrow.

Knowledgeable, friendly and organized -- Dan was an excellent problem solver with deep experience in maintaining a home to show its best on the market and through the close of escrow. No detail too small -- he is ready to help. Highly recommend.
