10/10! The best thing about Melissa is that she HEARS you and doesn't try to talk you into something different! We told her exactly what we needed and she ticked all the boxes and them some. We had 2 days in town to find a house rental and she lined up one perfect place after another - maximizing our short time and finding places we had even overlooked. Her knowledge of the area, care for her clients and her expertise in the business made this the most pleasant and successful experience we've ever had. We couldn't have found anyone better and have already recommended her to several people.
