Her knowledge of the process, dealing with diverse operations, difficult situations & HoA challenges were instrumental in driving the deal. Right up to the last day Carol made sure that missing documents, or incorrect documents, were procured in a timely manner. Allowing the lender to move forward and buyer to get their dream home.

Based on a referral from a close family friend, we asked Mistydawn Jones of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices to be the realtor for selling our condo unit. We were very unsure and stressed about how to proceed and Misty alleviated our fears immediately. She explained things in the most organized fashion and in the friendliest way.
