Cherie's attention to detail and focus on customer service go above and beyond the mark of excellence! I appreciate her professionalism and her dedication. She's prompt in replies and courteous in emails and phone calls. I would - and have - recommended her to other colleagues. The Thirty-One product line speaks for itself - It's magnificent!

I absoultly LOVE!!! Cherie. She goes above and beyond for all her customers and especially her hostesses. I met her about a year ago and I think I have had like five parties in that time. She makes it so much fun and the company makes you want to order every month. I highly recomend Cherie Rodriguez. Five star service. She also makes you feel like a friend and I think she truly is sincere.

I met Cherie Rodriguez in the airport in 2011 as we were both traveling out west for two different reasons. As I spotted her pink rolling tote, this told me she was someone I needed to know! I introduced myself and before I knew it, she had asked the guy next to her on the flight if he would mind switching seats so we could sit together. WOW! Looking back this was more than what the average person would have done. She was in a sad place in her life because she had just lost a close family member. However, she spent that long flight taking time to get to know me. I saw quickly Cherie was not the average leader! Even though I am not a part of her team, it has never mattered. She has always helped me to become a better leader, but most importantly, a better "Me". I am a "people pleaser" and not too long ago Cherie shared the phrase, "I am enough!". She has encouraged me to be the best me possible, but also knowing that perfectionism is impossible. Therefore, I will pass on what she did with me, go to bed each night knowing that "You Are Enough!" It has changed my way of thinking. Thank you Cherie, for being such a wonderful friend and mentor over the years!

Cherie is one of a kind. Her personality is so fun, and she immediately draws you in to what she is saying and talking out. She took the time to share with me some things that is working in her business and to point out things that I needed improvement on. She is such a blessing to me and I truly LOVED connecting with her!

Cherie is a passionate beautiful person. Her personality is infectious. Cherie leads with her heart and always finds a way to help you see your true potential and then helps you achieve it! I have had the honor to know Cherie personally and work very close with her for the past 5 years. She has shared so many tools with me to have success not only in my business but also in my personal life. Cherie is the lamp whose flame does not go out.

Cherie has been a mentor to me for the past 3 years. I have done many coaching calls with her both one on one and by webinar. Her guidance has been a crucial part of my business, as well as life in general! In a nutshell Cherie is a LIFESAVER!

Cherie has been an awesome and motivating leader. She inspires you to do more and be more than you thought you could. Since I have started my 31 journey 2 years ago I have said I want to be like cherie.

Very informational training. Leaving me with tools i needed. Explains things very well. Also takes her time to respond to everyone.

Cherie "picked me up", as I had been un-led and un-mentored by the woman who I signed up under. Cherie helped me to start over and begin to understand the relationship of how, what and why in direct selling. More than that, she has led by her own example and energy. Her faith, hope and love for God, her family and Thirty-One...company, product and people...are evident in the attention and intention that she gives to her words and actions. She is a role model that I honor, appreciate and respect. I'm grateful that God brought her into my life.

Cherie is a true leader. She always has the right words to say to inspire and motivate. She goes above and beyond and shares creative, helpful ideas for every aspect of the business. I'm blessed and thankful to be a part of her team!
